We have developed The Site Evaluator™, which is our proprietary scoring system. Based on criteria provided by you we will create a custom model that scores sites and store locations enabling you to make a quantitative decision.
Any process is only as good as the communication. We will work with you to develop a preferred format to package site submittals for your review. A progress report – The Pipeline Report™ – will be provided to you on a regular basis so you are informed and up-to-date.
Our service extends beyond site selection. We start with strategic planning and our service does not end until store opening. We pride ourselves
with the managing the entire process including the lease negotiation and construction phases.
