We are pleased to announce that Jon A. Griffey has joined the Indigo Centers team as Vice President, Leasing. Jon will be based in Dallas and will lead our retail leasing efforts in Texas.

While Jon earned his BBA attending Centenary College in Shreveport, Louisiana on a basketball scholarship, he is Texas to the bone and settled in the Dallas area to begin his accomplished, 30-year career in retail leasing. To date, Jon has leased over 25 Enclosed Regional and Super Regional Malls, Power Centers and Lifestyle Centers across the United States and has a wealth of experience in new development and the remerchandising of existing centers. Jon’s primary focus has always been to add value for his clients, and in these changing times, Jon’s experience and insight will be a benefit to Indigo’s clients as they navigate the turbulent mall world.
Jon is an active member of ICSC, lives in suburban Dallas and, like most proud Texans, loves fishing, hunting and country music.
The Community Development Division is contracting with Indigo Centers to attract more retail to south Fort Wayne.
